A Chunk is used to reduce the volume in bytes of the contained Readings.
A Turn is a single, full rotation of the interferometer rotor.

Reading contains Timestamp, Angle, Quadrants
Chunk duration is 3 seconds, contains about 13 Readings.
Turn duration is 1 minute, contains 20 Chunks, about 260 readings.
Hour duration is 1 hour, contains 60 turns, about 15,600 readings.

Number of hours collected (1/1/22) is 12,000, about 187,200,000 readings.
